VINES & DINES OVERVIEW
We're kicking off the summer with this special event! Please read below thoroughly and select all applicable tickets (click on MORE INFO when selecting tickets for details).
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
A chance to relax, connect with coworkers, consume tasty food and drinks, and celebrate summer! This event is for employees only.
Attendees will be entered into a prize draw!
DETAILS
1. REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT IS YOUR RSVP and will indicate you are attending. (Note: If you don't register and decide to attend at the last minute, please let Madeline know ASAP before the event.)
2. Where: Beaufort Vineyard & Estate Winery, 5854 Pickering Road, Courtenay, BC, V9J 1T4
3. We'll have:
- 1-5:30 PM: Garden Games and Various activities (like bocce, croquet, cornhole, etc.) - BRING YOUR FAVOURITE GAME TO SHARE!
- 1-3:30 PM: Appies by The Farmer's Kitchen
- 1-5:30 PM: Beverage service out of the Tasting Room (2 complimentary drink tickets per person, unlimited select non-alcoholic beverages)
- 3:30-5:30 PM: Dinner by The Farmer's Kitchen (please message Madeline with allergies or dietary concerns)*

4. Dress code: Wear whatever's comfortable for you, be it formal or informal attire!
5. Don't drink and drive. Rides home will be provided for those who want them. Carpooling with a designated driver is encouraged. If you select the Ride Home ticket when registering, you will receive a taxi voucher when you arrive at the event.
